included in the above prices. ReservationsAll arrangements for your trip must be made prior to your arrival. We require a 50% deposit within 7 days of your call to confirm your reservation. The balance is due and payable upon your departure. No children under twelve (12) are allowed unless special arrangements are made. Absolutely no pets! Private or chartered aircraft may land at Pagosa Springs or Alamosa, CO, and Taos or Santa Fe, NM. The ranch has a 6,000 foot sod airstrip for use by smaller aircraft, subject to weather.
